How do I check the authenticity of the product I bought?
Answer:
QR Code on lid:
Some of our products have been updated with QR code top label that can be scanned to verify its authenticity. If the product you purchased has a lid with silver coating that can be scratched off to reveal a QR code, scan this code with your phone and it should indicate that this is the first time the product QR code has been scanned. This means the product is authentic.

Blue label on lid
If the product you purchased has a blue label on the lid, you can verify authenticity by emailing us the following information (support@lifespaceprobiotics.com):
(1) Screenshot of your purchase order or receipt (showing store name, order number, date, product)
(2) Platform where store is hosted (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Taobao)
(3) 4 Photos of product showing:
- Front of label
- Lid (showing batch details)
- Bottom of jar
- Barcode
(4) Country where you are located
